Share a Board
You can share any Board as a public link — no Pachurros account required for the recipient.
Activating a share link
Section titled “Activating a share link”- Click the Share icon in the top right
- Enable Public link
- The link is generated and can be copied
What visitors see
Section titled “What visitors see”Visitors see the Board in a read-only view:
- All elements are visible and navigable
- Zoom and pan work
- No editing is possible
Password protection
Section titled “Password protection”Enable Password protection and set a password. Visitors must enter the password before they can view the Board.
Deactivating the link
Section titled “Deactivating the link”Deactivate the public link at any time — the existing link becomes invalid immediately. When re-enabled, a new link with a new URL is generated.
Embedding a Board in a session
Section titled “Embedding a Board in a session”Boards can be shared as part of a session via the public brief page — including session context, equipment list, and comment functionality.
