Share a Board
You can share any Board as a public link. No Pachurros account required for the recipient.
Activating a share link
Section titled “Activating a share link”- Click the Share icon in the top right
- Enable Public link
- The link is generated and can be copied
What visitors see
Section titled “What visitors see”Visitors see the Board in a read-only view:
- All elements are visible and navigable
- Zoom and pan work
- No editing is possible
- Sub-boards (board cards) open with a click; the arrow at the top takes you back. One link covers a whole shoot prep. Private or archived sub-boards stay hidden.
Password protection
Section titled “Password protection”Enable Password protection and set a password. Visitors must enter the password before they can view the Board.
Deactivating the link
Section titled “Deactivating the link”Deactivate the public link at any time; the existing link becomes invalid immediately. When re-enabled, a new link with a new URL is generated.
Letting guests comment
Section titled “Letting guests comment”Turn on Guests may comment when sharing. Visitors tap Comment at the top and then a card. With their first comment they enter their name; they don’t need an account. You see the comments on the cards, marked Guest, and get a notification. Guests can’t mention anyone. The switch stays off until you turn it on.
What guests see: the threads they started themselves, including your replies in them, and all public threads. A thread is public when you share it or a guest turns on Visible to all guests while writing; a guest can later set their own thread back to Only me and the team. Internal team threads stay internal. To share one, tap Visible to guests under your comment; Team only takes it back. A guest is recognised by their device, not by their name.
Letting clients choose
Section titled “Letting clients choose”With Client may select, visitors pick cards with the circle at the top right. On a gallery, the circle opens all images and each one can be chosen on its own; the number in the circle shows how many are chosen. In the board you see the selection under Selection, each gallery image separately, and turn it into rows with Selection → Shot List.
After the shoot, use the board menu ”…” → Bring in shoot results to put the photos of the linked session on the board: the favourites, otherwise all assigned photos, as a frame to the right of everything. That puts the selection and the result side by side.
Embedding a Board in a session
Section titled “Embedding a Board in a session”Boards can be shared as part of a session via the public brief page, including session context, equipment list, and comment functionality.
