Equipment
Pachurros supports a workspace-wide Equipment table — a structured database of all your gear. From there, you select with a click which items appear on the public Brief page of a Session.
Creating the Equipment table
Section titled “Creating the Equipment table”- Click Databases in the left sidebar → + New Table

Equipment wizard
Section titled “Equipment wizard”The wizard offers over 420 suggestions from leading manufacturers — sorted by category. Each category shows the 8 most commonly used items as quick-select chips; further models are accessible via search.
Step 1 — Cameras, Lenses & Drones
Camera bodies (Sony, Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Leica, Blackmagic, RED and more), lenses (Sony GM, Canon RF L, Nikon Z S-line, Sigma Art, Tamron Di III, Zeiss and others) and drones/action cameras (DJI, GoPro, Insta360, Autel).
Step 2 — Lighting
Continuous and strobe lighting (Godox, Aputure, Profoto, NANLITE, Astera, Broncolor, Litepanels, Kino Flo, Westcott) and light modifiers (softboxes, octaboxes, grids, reflectors).
Step 3 — Stabilisation
Gimbals (DJI RS, Zhiyun, Moza), tripods (Gitzo, Manfrotto, Leofoto, Peak Design, Really Right Stuff), video heads (Sachtler, Miller) and sliders/dollies.
Step 4 — Audio
Wireless systems (Rode, DJI, Hollyland, Saramonic, Sennheiser, Deity), shotgun microphones, recorders (Zoom, Tascam, Sound Devices, Roland) and accessories.
Step 5 — Computers & Storage
Computers (Apple MacBook/iMac/Mac Studio/iPad), field monitors (Atomos, SmallHD, Blackmagic Video Assist), storage media (CFexpress, SD, NVMe, SSD) and hubs/colorimeters.
Step 6 — Production & Filters
Cages and rigs (SmallRig, Tilta), backdrops, filters (NiSi, Tiffen, Kase, Lee, PolarPro, Haida, URTH, H&Y), bags and hard cases.
At the end of the wizard you give the table a name — done.
Adding your own entries
Section titled “Adding your own entries”After creation you can edit the table like any other database: add rows, adjust categories, enter quantities and brands.
The table has the following columns:
- Name (item name)
- Category (select dropdown)
- Brand
- Quantity
Using equipment in Session Briefs
Section titled “Using equipment in Session Briefs”In the Session detail page → Brief section → Select equipment opens a modal. There you use chips or search to pick items from your Equipment table that should appear on the public Brief page.
You can also add custom entries directly in the modal — for rented gear or items not yet in the table. These appear on the Brief page under “Miscellaneous”.
