Equipment

Each project can have its own equipment list — a structured overview of the gear planned for that project.

Open a project → click the Equipment tab (or the equipment icon in the project overview).

  1. Click + Add Equipment
  2. Enter the name of the item
  3. Assign it a category
  4. Optional: notes, serial number, quantity

Equipment is organised into categories — for example:

  • Cameras
  • Lenses
  • Lighting
  • Audio
  • Tripods & Mounts
  • Props
  • Miscellaneous

You can create your own categories.

During the shoot you can check off individual items — like a packing list. You can see at a glance what has already been packed.

When you create a Session for a project, the equipment list is automatically displayed on the public Brief page. This lets your team or client immediately see what gear is planned.

If you choose a template when creating a project, it includes a pre-filled equipment list as a starting point that you can customise.
