Calendar View

The calendar view shows your entries in a classic monthly calendar — perfect for scheduling, shooting calendars, or project overviews.

The table must contain at least one column that yields a date: Date, Created at, Modified at, or a Formula, Rollup or Lookup column whose result is a date.

On computed and system columns the calendar only displays entries — you cannot create new ones there, because a computed value cannot be written to.

Click + ViewCalendar → choose the date column by which entries are placed.

  • Previous / next month: Arrows at the top left/right
  • Today: Click Today

Every entry with a valid date appears as a coloured tile on the corresponding day. Click a tile to open the row detail view.

Click an empty day → + Add. The new entry is automatically assigned the clicked date.

If there are more entries on a day than fit on the calendar, +N more is shown. Click it to see all entries for that day.
