Project Templates

When you create a new project, you can choose from 9 templates. Each template automatically sets up matching Pages, Boards, and Databases with sensible default structures.


Starts with an empty project and no predefined content. Ideal when you know exactly what you need.


Includes:

  • Moodboard (Board) — collect mood images and references
  • Shot List (Database, table view) — subjects with columns for shot size, camera, location, status
  • Shooting Brief (Page) — concept document for clients or the team
  • Session — pre-configured collaboration Session

Includes:

  • Storyboard (Board) — visual scene planning
  • Scenes (Database) — all scenes with number, description, location, cast
  • Script (Page) — document area for the screenplay
  • Session — pre-configured production Session

Includes:

  • Visual Board (Board) — freely designed moodboard
  • References (Database) — sources, inspirations, ratings
  • Concept (Page) — descriptive text for the moodboard

Includes:

  • Brand Moodboard (Board) — colours, values, target audience, tone of voice
  • Values & Principles (Database) — brand values with descriptions
  • Brand Guidelines (Page) — corporate design documentation

Includes:

  • Kickoff Board (Board) — goals, context, open questions
  • Timeline (Database, timeline view) — milestones and phases
  • PR Brief (Page) — launch communications and messaging

Templates are starting points, not constraints. You can add further Pages, Boards, and Databases at any time, or delete the predefined ones.
