Sharing the Brief

Every Session has a public Brief page — a clean presentation without a sidebar or login, ideal for clients and external collaborators. You control what appears on it.

  1. Open a Session
  2. Scroll to the Brief section
  3. Click Generate link
  4. Copy the URL

The free-text area below the metadata appears at the top of the public page.

Click Select equipment to open a modal. There you choose items from your workspace Equipment table using chips or search — only the selected items appear on the Brief page.

You can also add custom entries that are not in the Equipment table (e.g. rented gear). These appear under “Miscellaneous” on the public page.

Link a Board from your workspace. Its images are displayed as a moodboard on the Brief page.

Link a Page from your workspace. Its content (blocks) is embedded on the Brief page.

Choose between two visual styles:

ThemeLook
Light (Daylight)Warm, paper-toned layout
Dark (Studio)Dark, atmospheric layout

You can change the theme at any time — the link stays the same.

Enable Password protection and set a password. Visitors enter it once — after that they remain authorised for the current browser session.

Set an expiry date for the link. After that date the page is automatically locked without you needing to deactivate the link manually.

At the bottom of the public Brief page, visitors can confirm the brief. They enter their name and optionally their email address. The confirmation appears in Pachurros in the Session view, including a timestamp.

A privacy notice is displayed on the confirmation form. The details provided are used solely to confirm the brief.

At the bottom of the public Brief page, visitors can leave comments. These appear in Pachurros in the Session view. You will be notified.

Click Reset link to invalidate the existing URL and generate a new one — useful if the link was accidentally shared.

Deactivate the public link at any time — access is revoked immediately.

  1. Create a Session and fill in metadata (date, location, type)
  2. Write a description
  3. Select equipment — mark relevant items, add any extras
  4. Link a Board and/or Page
  5. Choose a theme
  6. Optionally: set a password and expiry date
  7. Share the Brief link
  8. Wait for feedback — comments appear in the Session
