Workspace — Overview
A workspace is the top-level container in Pachurros. All content — Pages, Boards, Databases, Projects, the Media Library, and the Feed — belongs to a workspace.
Multiple Workspaces
Section titled “Multiple Workspaces”You can create as many workspaces as you like, for example:
- One per client
- One for personal projects
- One for your studio or team
Switching Workspaces
Section titled “Switching Workspaces”Click the workspace name in the top-left corner of the sidebar. A dropdown opens showing all your workspaces and an option to create a new one.
Creating a New Workspace
Section titled “Creating a New Workspace”- Click your workspace name (top-left)
- Select + New Workspace
- Enter a name, choose an icon and a colour
- Click Create
Workspace Home
Section titled “Workspace Home”When you open a workspace, you land on the Home page. There you can see:
- Recently Opened — your most recently visited content
- My Tasks — all to-do blocks from Pages that are assigned to you
- Boards — all Boards in the workspace at a glance
- Tables — all Databases at a glance
Deleting a Workspace
Section titled “Deleting a Workspace”Only the Owner can delete a workspace: Settings → Workspace → Delete Workspace.
