Workspace — Overview

A workspace is the top-level container in Pachurros. All content — Pages, Boards, Databases, Projects, the Media Library, and the Feed — belongs to a workspace.

You can create as many workspaces as you like, for example:

  • One per client
  • One for personal projects
  • One for your studio or team

Click the workspace name in the top-left corner of the sidebar. A dropdown opens showing all your workspaces and an option to create a new one.

  1. Click your workspace name (top-left)
  2. Select + New Workspace
  3. Enter a name, choose an icon and a colour
  4. Click Create

The sidebar sorts your content by one simple rule: every item has exactly one place. Nothing appears twice.

AreaWhat lives there
ProjectsEach project expands to show its pages, moodboards and tables
WorkspacePages, moodboards and tables without a project — everything general
ToolsMedia Library, Feed, AI Import, Templates, Archive

So when you assign a page to a project, it moves out of the Workspace area into the project. Remove the assignment and it comes back. You change it via the ”…” menu on the row → Assign to project.

Inside a project, content is grouped by type (pages / moodboards / tables) from roughly five items upwards; smaller projects stay flat. Only one project is expanded at a time, which keeps the list short.

When you open a workspace, you land on the Home page. It answers a different question than the sidebar: not “what exists?” but “what needs doing now?”. What exists is already listed on the left.

CellWhat it shows
HeuteYour pressing tasks — overdue, today, tomorrow. Tick them off right there; the write goes to the source (table row, to-do on a page, session checklist or standalone task)
Nächste SessionsThe next appointment in full size, the two after it below
ProjekteEvery running project with a status light (on track / at risk / off track), open tasks, next appointment and deadline
Zuletzt bearbeitetThe quick way back into what you were working on
KennzahlenNumbers from your tables that you pick yourself
AngeheftetWhat you need daily — pages, tables, boards, projects

Click + on Kennzahlen. The same dialog opens as for a metric block on a page: where the number comes from, how it should look, how it is labelled. More under All Block Types.

Click + on Angeheftet and search for what you need often. Pins are yours alone — a colleague in the same workspace has their own selection.

Only the Owner can delete a workspace: Settings → Workspace → Delete Workspace.

  • My Tasks — personal task hub from Pages, databases, and sessions
  • Members & Roles — invite and manage your team
  • Settings — configure name, icon, and colour
  • Search — find content across the workspace
