Version History (Boards)
Pachurros automatically saves snapshots of your board. Through version history you can restore any earlier canvas state at any time — for example after accidentally deleting elements.
Opening the history
Section titled “Opening the history”- Open a board
- Click the clock icon (⏱) in the top-right toolbar
- The history panel opens as a sidebar next to the canvas
What the panel shows
Section titled “What the panel shows”Today, 3:48 pm
Today, 10:22 am
Each snapshot displays:
- Date and time of the snapshot
- Author (who triggered the change)
- Element count at the time of the snapshot
Restoring a version
Section titled “Restoring a version”- Hover over an entry — the Load button appears
- Click Load
- Confirm in the dialog — the current canvas state is replaced by the snapshot
- The board reloads immediately with all restored elements
Note: The current state is automatically saved as a snapshot before restoring — the restoration itself can therefore be undone.
When snapshots are created
Section titled “When snapshots are created”A snapshot is created automatically when changes to the board are saved — after:
- Adding, moving, or editing elements
- Deleting elements
- Changing connections
Pachurros saves at most one snapshot per 5 minutes per board. Multiple changes within that window are consolidated into the next snapshot.
Retention
Section titled “Retention”A maximum of 50 snapshots per board are retained. Older snapshots are automatically deleted.
Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”- Version history is only accessible to workspace members
- Viewers cannot open the history
- Comments on board elements are not part of the snapshot
