Content Plan (Social)
The content plan is a table with its own views for social media posts. You plan and write at your desk, see in advance how the feed will look, and post from your phone through a guided handover.
Creating a content plan
Section titled “Creating a content plan”- + New → New table
- Under Template, pick Content plan (category Creative)
- Give it a name, optionally choose a project
- Create table
The template creates a table of posts with all the columns it needs, plus these views. The view and column names are created in German:
| View | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Status-Board | Start view: where each post stands (Kanban by status) |
| Composer | Where a post is written |
| Kalender | Calendar: when does what go out |
| Feed-Vorschau | Feed preview per channel |
| Performance | Published posts with link, views, interactions, saves |
The raw data sits in the table view at the end. Add a timeline, chart or form via + View if you need one.
Status: idea → planned → published
Section titled “Status: idea → planned → published”Every post has one of four statuses: Idee (idea: created, something still missing), Geplant (planned: everything there, date set), Veröffentlicht (published: posted and marked by you) and Verworfen (discarded: will not be posted, stays in the archive).
An idea moves to planned by itself as soon as all required fields for the channel are filled in and a date is set. You set published yourself, after posting.
The status board
Section titled “The status board”The board is the starting point: one column per status, cards sorted by date (no date last) as long as you have not set your own sort.
- Channel versions are bundled: versions of the same post with the same status appear as one card. Drag it to another column and all versions move with it.
- Open each version on its own: a bundled card shows one button per version, with the channel icon and a short name (e.g. IG Reel, TT Video). Clicking it opens exactly that version in the Composer.
- Clicking a card (in the calendar too) opens the post in the Composer.
The Composer
Section titled “The Composer”On a desktop the Composer has three areas: the week and the list of posts on the left, the post in the middle, Ready? on the right.
The week
Section titled “The week”At the top, the week appears as a time band with one row per channel. Scheduled posts are dots, free slots from your posting schedule are quiet outlines.
- Tap a dot to open the post
- Tap a free slot to create a new post in exactly that slot
- Drag a dot onto a free slot to reschedule it (keyboard: Alt + arrow), with Undo in the notice
- Project milestones and date columns you mark appear as their own row above
The list
Section titled “The list”Below sit the open posts, sorted by date. A line at the top sums up how many posts are due this week, how many are overdue and when something was last published. Open slots lists the next free slots as starting points.
The post
Section titled “The post”- Enter the title at the top (the internal name in the list, calendar and tasks)
- Under What is it for?, choose the post type, for example Instagram Reel or LinkedIn document carousel. The channel follows automatically.
- Then only the fields this channel needs appear: media, cover, public title, text, hashtags, location. Anything the channel does not know stays hidden; more is under More.
- Set a Date or choose Add to queue
The preview shows images and videos in the type’s real aspect ratio. The character counter tells you how much stays visible in the feed and where it gets cut off. Let Ølav write a draft suggests a text; it is only applied when you click.
Ready?
Section titled “Ready?”On the right you see what is still missing before planned. Each line jumps to the missing field. Below is exactly one main action, depending on the state: Schedule, Send to phone, or Re-cut for published posts. Also:
- Left to do by hand: what you still have to do in the channel’s app (e.g. choose music)
- Create for more channels: create channel versions, see below
- Next post: jumps to the next draft
On a phone, list and post are two screens: tap a post to open it, go back with All posts. Series, location and labelling sit under More there, and Ready? only shows what is missing. In the Composer, the + in the bottom bar offers Post first.
Channel versions
Section titled “Channel versions”The same message often goes to several channels. Create for more channels lets you pick channels; each gets its own version, linked through the versions column.
- The first is the Lead version. The others inherit text and media from it.
- Anything you override in a version stays specific to that channel. A marker shows whether a field is Fully inherited or Overridden for this channel.
- Date and status, public title, post link and numbers belong to each version alone. New versions start as ideas.
- If the lead version’s text is too long for another channel, a note appears right at the text, with a jump to the version where you can shorten it.
A second version on the same channel is fine, e.g. feed and story.
Posting schedule and queue
Section titled “Posting schedule and queue”In the Posting schedule you set, per channel, on which weekdays and at what times you post. Add to queue then puts a post in the next free slot. If a date has passed without the post being marked as published, Queue again offers the next slot.
Without a schedule, Pachurros suggests a gentle start (Instagram on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:00), which you can change freely. From five posts in one week, a note reminds you that less is often more.
Feed preview
Section titled “Feed preview”The feed preview shows, per channel, how the profile will look:
| Channel | Shown as |
|---|---|
| Instagram, TikTok | Portrait profile grid, stories as circles above |
| Pin board | |
| YouTube | Thumbnails and Shorts |
| LinkedIn, Threads, X | Text feed |
In the Instagram and TikTok grid, dragging swaps the dates of two planned tiles. Published posts stay where they are. Tapping opens the post in the Composer.
Send to phone: the handover
Section titled “Send to phone: the handover”Once a post is planned, Send to phone takes it into the handover. On a phone the button sits right below the title. The handover follows the order the channel’s app needs:
- Save or share the files: for carousels all of them, numbered and in the right order; the cover separately
- Copy title, text, alt texts and first comment, each with its own button. Hashtags go where the channel wants them.
- Open the channel’s app
- Finally paste the Post link and Mark as published
Preload for the road stores the files on the device in advance so you can post without signal; the button shows the progress. WebP images are saved as JPG.
Posted without the handover? Already posted? Mark as published sets the status directly.
At posting time a notification (Post is due) reminds you and leads straight to the handover.
Posts as tasks
Section titled “Posts as tasks”When you set a date, Pachurros fills in the responsible person with you if nobody is set yet. The post then appears in My Tasks and under Today on the home page, as “Publish: …” with its channel. Published and discarded posts drop out of the tasks.
Archive and re-use
Section titled “Archive and re-use”Published and discarded posts move from the list into the Composer’s Archive. Search it by title, text or series; A year ago around now shows what might fit again this season. Re-cut carries media, type and series into a fresh draft; text, date and numbers stay with the original.
You can start a post straight from the media library: select media → Create post. Several media become a carousel.
Series and labelling
Section titled “Series and labelling”- Series is the content pillar (e.g. behind the scenes, portfolio, before/after). Its colour shows up in the list, board and preview.
- Labelling records whether a post has to be marked as advertising, paid partnership, AI-generated or affiliate.
Performance
Section titled “Performance”The Performance view lists all published posts, newest first, with post link, views, interactions and saves. You add the numbers by hand in one go; Pachurros does not fetch them from the platforms.
Importing posts
Section titled “Importing posts”⋯ → Import (CSV, Excel) loads an Excel or CSV file into an existing plan. Short forms like “IG Reel” or “Draft” are understood, the channel follows the post type, and posts without a status start as ideas. A whole plan including posts can be set up with the AI Import.
