List View

The List view shows database entries as a compact, single-line list — title on the left, selected fields as inline values on the right. Ideal for quick overviews, checklists, and task lists without the full table grid.

Setting up the view

Section titled “Setting up the view”
  1. Click + View → List
  2. The list opens; each row shows the title field prominently plus a few inline fields

What’s shown

Section titled “What’s shown”
  • Title: the first text field of the table (otherwise the first column)
  • Inline fields: compact values on the right — coloured Select/Multi-Select tags, checkbox as a tick, date, short text
  • Clicking a row opens the detail view with all fields, comments, and attachments

New entry

Section titled “New entry”

Click New entry at the bottom to add a row — the detail view opens right away for further editing.

Filters & sorting

Section titled “Filters & sorting”

Filters and sorting work the same as in the table view and control which entries appear, and in what order.
