Kanban View
The Kanban view displays database entries as cards in columns, ideal for workflows, task management, and status tracking.
Requirement
Section titled “Requirement”You need at least one column that columns can be built from:

Multi-select and Relation are deliberately excluded: moving a card would have to overwrite a list: the other entries would be lost.
Setting up the view
Section titled “Setting up the view”- Click + View → Kanban
- Choose the grouping column
- The Kanban view opens with one column per option, person or yes/no
Moving cards
Section titled “Moving cards”Drag a card to another column via drag & drop. The value of the grouping column in that row is updated automatically.
Creating a card
Section titled “Creating a card”Click New card at the bottom of a column. The row is pre-filled with the column’s value.
Setting up the board
Section titled “Setting up the board”View at the top right (slider icon) sets up the board:

If the table has several suitable columns, switch the grouping with the buttons carrying the column names above the board.
Managing columns
Section titled “Managing columns”- Rename a column: rename the option in the settings of the select column
- Add a column: add a new option to the select column; it immediately appears as a new Kanban column
- Hide a column: via View → Show columns
On a phone
Section titled “On a phone”On a phone, move a card via the ⋯ on the card or with a long press: Move to column opens with all columns.
Opening a card
Section titled “Opening a card”Click a card to open the row detail view: all fields, comments, and attachments.
Filters & sorting
Section titled “Filters & sorting”Filters and sorting apply to the Kanban view the same way as to the table view; they control which cards are displayed.
In the content plan
Section titled “In the content plan”The status board of a content plan is a Kanban with three special features:
- Without a sort of your own, cards are ordered by date (no date last).
- Channel versions of the same post with the same status form one card. Dragging moves all versions; the count in the header counts posts, not versions.
- A bundled card shows one button per version with the channel icon and short name (e.g. IG Reel). It opens exactly that version in the Composer. Clicking the card itself also opens the post in the Composer instead of the row view.
