Timeline View (Gantt)

The timeline view (also called Gantt view) shows entries as bars on a time axis — ideal for project planning, production phases, and scheduling overviews.

You need two date columns: one for the start and one for the end of the entry.

  1. Click + ViewTimeline
  2. Choose the start column (left side of the bar)
  3. Choose the end column (right side of the bar)
  • Scroll: Scroll left/right to move along the time axis
  • Zoom: Choose the granularity: days, weeks, months

Click a bar and drag it to shift the start and end date simultaneously (moves the duration).

Drag the left or right edge of a bar to adjust only the start or end date.

Click the name of a bar to open the row detail view.

Entries without a start or end date are not displayed in the timeline. They remain visible in other views (table, Kanban).
