Sessions
Sessions enable structured collaboration with clients, models, location scouts, and other external partners — without requiring them to have a Pachurros account.
What is a Session?
Section titled “What is a Session?”A Session is a collaboration workspace for a specific endeavour — such as a shoot or a campaign presentation. It bundles:
- A Brief (public description page)
- Images from the project board
- The project’s equipment list
- A comment field for feedback from external partners
Creating a Session
Section titled “Creating a Session”- Open a project
- Click + New Session
- Give it a title
- Choose the Session type
- Set a date and location (optional)
- Start filling in the Brief

Filling in the Brief
Section titled “Filling in the Brief”The Brief is a free-form text area similar to a Page — you can add headings, text, images, colour references, and checklists.
There are also structured fields:
- Date & time of the shoot / event
- Location
- Description (short overview)
- Board images (automatically pulled from the project board)
- Equipment list (from the project equipment manager)
Session status
Section titled “Session status”| Status | Meaning |

| Planned | Still in preparation |
| Confirmed | Brief signed off, date fixed |
| Active | Session is live |
| Completed | Session finished |
| Cancelled | Appointment was cancelled |
