Sessions
Sessions bundle all information for a specific project — from planning to execution. The public Brief page can be shared with clients, models or external partners without requiring an account.
What is a Session?
Section titled “What is a Session?”A Session is a planning workspace for a specific endeavour — for example a production, an event or a meeting. It bundles:
- Metadata: title, type, date, time, location
- Description and free-form brief text
- Assignees (responsible team members)
- Checklist for tasks and packing lists
- Brief section: equipment, board images, page — publicly shareable
Creating a Session
Section titled “Creating a Session”- Open a project
- Click + New Session
- Give it a title
- Optionally: set type, date, time, location
Session types

Editing metadata
Section titled “Editing metadata”All fields are inline-editable — click on date, time, location or title to edit them directly. The type is a dropdown.
Assignees
Section titled “Assignees”Assign workspace members as responsible persons for a session. Click the + next to the “Assignees” section and select a member. External people (not in the workspace) can be added by name.
Checklist
Section titled “Checklist”Every Session has a built-in checklist — ideal for packing lists, tasks or pre-production checks. Items can be added, ticked off, renamed and deleted.
Session status
Section titled “Session status”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Planned | Still in preparation |
| Completed | Session finished |
| Cancelled | Appointment was cancelled |
