Table View
The table view is the default view of a database. It displays all columns and rows in a compact grid — ideal for quick data entry and a complete overview.
Edit cells directly
Section titled “Edit cells directly”Double-click a cell (or click once then press Enter) to enter edit mode.
- Tab — next cell
- ⇧Tab — previous cell
- Esc — cancel editing
Add a row
Section titled “Add a row”Click + New Row at the bottom of the table. Alternatively, click the + icon at the end of a row.
Open a row
Section titled “Open a row”Click the Open icon (arrow) on the left edge of a row to see the full detail view.
Reorder columns
Section titled “Reorder columns”Click a column header and drag it to the desired position.
Resize columns
Section titled “Resize columns”Drag the right edge of a column header to adjust its width.
Column header menu
Section titled “Column header menu”Click a column header to:
- Rename the column
- Change the column type
- Sort the column
- Hide the column
- Delete the column
Row aggregations (footer)
Section titled “Row aggregations (footer)”At the bottom of the table you can enable an aggregation per column — the calculation runs across all visible (filtered) rows:
