Table View

The table view is the default view of a database. It displays all columns and rows in a compact grid — ideal for quick data entry and a complete overview.

Double-click a cell (or click once then press Enter) to enter edit mode.

  • Tab — next cell
  • ⇧Tab — previous cell
  • Esc — cancel editing

Click + New Row at the bottom of the table. Alternatively, click the + icon at the end of a row.

Click the Open icon (arrow) on the left edge of a row to see the full detail view.

Click a column header and drag it to the desired position.

Drag the right edge of a column header to adjust its width.

Click a column header to:

  • Rename the column
  • Change the column type
  • Sort the column
  • Hide the column
  • Delete the column

At the bottom of the table you can enable an aggregation per column — the calculation runs across all visible (filtered) rows:
