My Tasks
My Tasks is your personal task hub within the workspace. It consolidates all tasks assigned to you — regardless of which module they originated from.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Click My Tasks (checkmark icon) in the sidebar.
Task sources
Section titled “Task sources”All to-do items from block editors where you are listed as the assignee.
Rows in databases with an Assignee column where you are assigned.
Checklist items from sessions where you are listed as responsible.
Filtering by project
Section titled “Filtering by project”Select a project filter at the top to show tasks from a specific project. Without a filter you see all tasks in the workspace.
Checking off a task
Section titled “Checking off a task”Click the checkbox to the left of a task to mark it as done. The change is immediately saved in the original source (page / database / session).
Navigating to the source
Section titled “Navigating to the source”Click the task name or the icon on the right to jump directly to the original page, database row, or session.
Quick add
Section titled “Quick add”Click + Add task in the top right to quickly create a new row in one of your databases:
- Type the task title
- Confirm with Enter
- The row is created in the target database and assigned to you
