Workspace Settings

Open the workspace settings via the gear icon in the bottom-left of the sidebar, or via Settings in the workspace dropdown.

Name & Icon

• Name — The displayed name of the workspace. Click the field and type the new name.
• Icon — Choose an emoji or upload a custom image. The icon appears in the workspace switcher and the sidebar.
• Colour — Accent colour for the workspace. Affects the sidebar indicator and the workspace avatar.

Changes are immediately visible to all members.

Workspace ID

The internal ID of the workspace is shown on the settings page. It is useful when submitting support requests.

Danger Zone

At the bottom of the settings page is the Danger Zone with the option to delete the workspace.

Caution

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data, projects, members, and content will be permanently removed.

For safety, you must type the exact workspace name before the deletion is confirmed.
