Workspace Settings

Settings are a page of their own. Open them via your profile picture at the bottom left of the sidebar → Settings, or via Menu on a phone. Quicker still: ⌘K and the word “settings”.

On the left there are three groups: Your account, This device and, below them, your workspace under its name. The workspace has:

My studio	Location, schedule and kit for new sessions

Each section has its own address, so you can link to it or bookmark it.

General

Name and look

Name: saved as soon as you leave the field.
Icon: pick one of the icons. Without an icon, the first letter is shown (Letter).
Colour: background of the tile that identifies the workspace in the sidebar and when switching.

Changes apply at once, for all members. Only the owner of the workspace can change its name, icon and colour.

Data and deletion

Only the owner of the workspace sees this part.

Empty … moves all pages, boards, tables, sessions, tasks and projects to the archive. Media, members and settings stay. Afterwards the same place shows when it was emptied, and Restore brings everything back in one click.

Delete … removes the workspace for good.

As a safety measure, you must type the exact workspace name before the deletion is confirmed.

My studio

Here you store what new sessions should use as long as they don’t bring their own:

Card	Effect
Location	Studio name and address (or coordinates). Sessions without their own location, or with “Studio” as the location, take light and weather from here.
Default schedule	New sessions start with this schedule. Use a suggestion fills it with call time, set-up, shoot, break, wrap.
Kit	Your default gear, from the inventory or as your own entries. New sessions get it pre-filled; when packing it is called Your kit.

Anyone with the editor or owner role can change the studio.
