Share Page

You can share any Page with external people, without them needing a Pachurros account.

Creating a public link

Click the Share icon in the top-right corner (Create public link). The link is created right away. Anyone with this link can open the page in read mode, without an account.

Note

The public link shows only the current state of the Page. Other workspace content is not accessible. Embedded boards appear only with their name, location cards show light and weather read-only.

Share settings

Once the page is shared, the same button opens the Share settings:

Setting	Effect
Public link · Copy link	shows and copies the address
Password	Guests need the password before they see the page. It is not shown; set a new one if needed.
Expiry date	After this day the link is invalid. No expiry date keeps it open.
Allow feedback	Guests can leave feedback via Feedback: Approved, Changes or Comment, optionally with their name. You get notified.
Stop sharing	turns the link off

Disabling the link

To revoke access, click Stop sharing. The old link becomes invalid immediately, password and expiry date are reset. If you share the page again, a new link is created.
