Profile & Avatar
Your profile is shared across all workspaces — it applies to every workspace you are a member of.
Opening your profile
Section titled “Opening your profile”Click your Avatar in the bottom-left of the sidebar → Profile Settings — or open Settings via the gear icon.
Changing your display name
Section titled “Changing your display name”Click the name field → enter a new name → Save. The name appears everywhere in the workspace (comments, mentions, member list).
Uploading a profile picture
Section titled “Uploading a profile picture”Click your avatar (the round circle with your initials) → Upload image. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF. Recommended minimum size: 200×200 px.
To remove the image, click Remove image — your initials will be shown again.
Email address
Section titled “Email address”Your email address is read-only and cannot be changed. It is your login identifier.
Language
Section titled “Language”Choose your preferred language for the user interface:

The change takes effect immediately and applies to all interface text.
