Media Library

The Media Library is the central archive for all photos, videos, audio files, and documents in the workspace. From here you can insert media into Pages, Boards, and databases.

Maximum file size: 100 MB per file.

  • Click Upload in the Media Library
  • Drag files directly into the Media Library window (drag & drop)
  • For uploading multiple files at once: multi-select in the file dialog

Organize your media in folders:

  1. Click + New folder
  2. Enter a name
  3. Move files via drag & drop or through the context menu

The default folder is called Uploaded and contains all uploads without a folder assignment.

In the top right of the Media Library you can choose the sort order:

  • Text search — search file names (top right)
  • Filter by type — Images / Videos / Files
  • Filter by project — Show only media from a specific project
  • Filter by camera — EXIF-based filter (which camera was used)

Click on a file to open the detail view:

  • Preview (image, video, audio player)
  • File name, file size, upload date
  • EXIF data (for photos) — camera, lens, exposure settings
  • Color palette — automatically extracted dominant colors from the image
  • Usages — which Boards, Pages, and databases is this file linked in?
  • Tags — assign your own keywords

Tags enable flexible categorization across folders and projects:

  1. Open a file
  2. Click + Add tag
  3. Type a new tag or select an existing one

Filter the Media Library by tags via the Filter menu.

On a Board: Drag a file from the Media Library directly onto the canvas.

In a Page: Insert an image, video, or audio block → Choose from Media Library.

In a database: Click on an image or file cell → Choose from Media Library.

Open a file → Download (arrow icon).

Open a file → Copy link. The URL points directly to the file and can be used in external contexts.

Right-click on a file → Delete. If the file is still used in Boards, Pages, or databases, a warning appears listing all locations where it is used.
