Gallery View
The gallery view displays entries as tiles — especially useful when you have image columns and want your data to be visually browsable.
Creating a gallery view
Section titled “Creating a gallery view”Click + View → Gallery.
Configuring the image preview
Section titled “Configuring the image preview”Click Fields → choose an image column as the cover image. The image appears as a large thumbnail on the tile.
If no image column exists, tiles are displayed with a coloured placeholder.
Displayed fields
Section titled “Displayed fields”In the Fields settings you can choose which columns are shown as text below the image (e.g. name, status, date). Every column except Button is available — including relations (showing the linked rows’ names) and the computed columns Formula, Rollup, Lookup and Count.
Opening a tile
Section titled “Opening a tile”Click a tile to open the full row detail view.
Creating an entry
Section titled “Creating an entry”Click + New Entry — or add a new entry via the table view (all views share the same data).
Typical use cases
Section titled “Typical use cases”- Shot list with reference images — each shot has a visual reference image
- Moodboard as a table — images with tags and notes
- Equipment management — device photos with technical specs
- Contacts with portrait photos — team or clients at a glance
