Notifications
Opening notifications
Section titled “Opening notifications”The bell icon in the top right shows the number of unread notifications. Click it to open the notification list.
Notifications are automatically marked as read once you have had the list open for 1.5 seconds. No need to click each one individually.
Notification types
Section titled “Notification types”| Type | When |

| @Mention | Someone mentioned you in a comment, post, or database row |
| Automation | An automation sent a “notify workspace” message |
| Comment | Someone commented on your page, board, or database row |
| Reply | Someone replied to one of your posts or comments |
| Task assigned | You were added as an assignee to a row or task |
| New member | A new member joined the workspace |
Jumping to the source
Section titled “Jumping to the source”Clickable notifications (identifiable by the arrow icon on hover) navigate directly to the source:
- @Mention in a database row → opens the row detail view directly (
?row=IDin the URL) - @Mention in a page → opens the relevant page
- @Mention in the feed → jumps to the feed post
The entity badge below each notification shows where the event occurred — “Page”, “Board”, “Database”, “Feed”, or “Session”.
Marking as read
Section titled “Marking as read”Automatically: Open the bell — after 1.5 seconds all notifications are marked as read and the counter disappears.
Manually: Click an individual notification to navigate to it (it is marked as read in the process).
Configuring notifications
Section titled “Configuring notifications”Open Settings → Notifications and enable or disable individual types:
- @Mentions
- Automation messages
- Comments on your content
- Replies to your posts
- Task assignments
- New members
Changes take effect immediately.
Email notifications
Section titled “Email notifications”Pachurros currently sends emails for:
- Workspace invitations (always, cannot be disabled)
- Email verification on registration
- Password reset
Additional email notifications may be added in future versions.
