Notifications

The bell icon in the top right shows the number of unread notifications. Click it to open the notification list.

Notifications are automatically marked as read once you have had the list open for 1.5 seconds. No need to click each one individually.

TypeWhen
@MentionSomeone mentioned you in a comment, post, or database row
AutomationAn automation sent a “notify workspace” message
CommentSomeone commented on your page, board, or database row
ReplySomeone replied to one of your posts or comments
Task assignedYou were added as an assignee to a row or task
New memberA new member joined the workspace

Clickable notifications (identifiable by the arrow icon on hover) navigate directly to the source:

  • @Mention in a database row → opens the row detail view directly (?row=ID in the URL)
  • @Mention in a page → opens the relevant page
  • @Mention in the feed → jumps to the feed post

The entity badge below each notification shows where the event occurred — “Page”, “Board”, “Database”, “Feed”, or “Session”.

Automatically: Open the bell — after 1.5 seconds all notifications are marked as read and the counter disappears.

Manually: Click an individual notification to navigate to it (it is marked as read in the process).

Open Settings → Notifications. Every type has two switches:

ColumnMeaning
Appappears in the bell at the top right
Mailadditionally arrives as an email

By default everything is on in the app and off by email — you only get post for what you switch on explicitly. The setting belongs to your account and therefore applies on every device. Changes take effect immediately.

Available types: mentions, task assigned to you, new comments, replies, reactions, page edits, new members, recurring pages, automations, brief opened and brief confirmed.

Delivery by email can be switched on individually for each type above. The message is deliberately short and takes you to the relevant place in one click.

Regardless of those switches, Pachurros sends email for:

  • Workspace invitations
  • Email address confirmation
  • Password reset and email address changes

These cannot be turned off — without them you could be locked out of your account.
