Comments on cards

Select a card and tap Comment in the inspector. Comments come as threads: Reply adds an answer, Resolve puts a thread away (a new reply brings it back). Resolved threads are at the bottom of the list.

• @Mention: type @ and pick a member. They get a notification that takes them straight to the card.
• Everyone who wrote in the thread and whoever created the board hear about new replies.
• Send with the arrow or ⌘Enter.
• Every card with comments shows a small mark with the count underneath; a click opens the comments.

Guests can comment through the share link if you allow it → Share a board.

Labels

Labels sort cards across all boards of a workspace, for example “Hero”, “Approved” or “Scene 2”.

1. Select a card → Labels in the inspector.
2. Tick a label or type a new name and press Enter.
3. Use the pencil next to a label to change its name and colour or delete it.

Labels appear as a dot and a word under the card. Click a label to see only cards with it; the others step back. The top shows how many cards match, and × clears the filter. Board search (⌘F) also finds cards by their labels.

Watch along

When others are on the board, Watch along appears at the top:

• Follow “name”: your screen moves wherever that person looks. The top shows “Following …”; scrolling yourself or × stops it.
• Bring everyone to me: everyone else follows your screen. If you then start a walkthrough, everyone sees it live.
