EXIF Metadata
When photos are uploaded, Pachurros automatically reads the EXIF metadata — without any action required on your part. This data is visible in the file detail view and can be used for searching and filtering.

GPS coordinates
Section titled “GPS coordinates”If the photo contains GPS data (e.g. taken with a smartphone), Pachurros shows the approximate capture location on a small map in the detail view.
EXIF-based filter
Section titled “EXIF-based filter”In the Media Library you can filter by camera model — useful when you want to see only photos taken with a specific camera.
Privacy note
Section titled “Privacy note”EXIF data is stored with the file on the server. When you share a file via a public link, the EXIF data is not directly visible — but it is contained within the file itself.
If you want to share photos without passing on EXIF data (e.g. due to GPS coordinates), you should remove the EXIF data before uploading (e.g. with Preview on Mac: export as a new file).
No EXIF data present?
Section titled “No EXIF data present?”EXIF data is only standardly available in JPEG and TIFF files. PNG, WebP, and GIF files generally do not contain EXIF data.
