Pages — Overview

Pages are the writing and documentation area in Pachurros. Every Page is a flexible document made up of freely arrangeable blocks — similar to Notion, but designed for creative workflows.

  • Shooting briefs and concept documents
  • Moodboard descriptions with location and colour references
  • Meeting notes and minutes
  • Project documentation and checklists
  • Personal notes, ideas, and journal entries

Via the sidebar: Click + New Page (directly or within a project).

Via a project: Open a project → Pages+ Add.

Every Page has:

  • A Title (large, at the top — click to edit)
  • A free content area made up of blocks

Type / in an empty line to open the block menu. All 19 block types are searchable.

Alternatively: just start typing — text is automatically treated as a paragraph.

Click the ⋮⋮ handle to the left of a block and drag it to the new position.

Insert a 2-Column or 3-Column block to arrange content side by side. Each column can contain any blocks.

  • ⌘Z — undo the last step
  • ⌘⇧Z — redo

··· menu (top-right) → Duplicate Page — creates an identical copy in the same project.

In the top-right you can switch between Normal (centred, ~700 px) and Full Width (entire page width) — useful for tables and wide content.

When creating a new Page, you can choose from 9 templates:
