Client Portal
The client portal is a public, read-only external view of a project. Instead of many individual links, your clients get a single overview: status, phases, sessions, media, and progress — no login required.
Enabling the portal
Section titled “Enabling the portal”- Open the project
- Click Share in the top right
- Turn on Client portal
- Copy the link (
…/share/project/<token>) and send it to your clients
The link is valid as long as the portal is enabled. Turn it off to revoke access — the link then shows a notice page (404).
What’s visible in the portal

| Phases | Milestones with dates and checkmarks |
| Sessions | Dates with date/time/location; if a brief is shared, a link to it |

What’s not visible
Section titled “What’s not visible”The portal is read-only and shows no internal details: no detailed task content, no comments, no editing. It’s a deliberately curated external view.
