Storyboard View
The storyboard view shows entries as wide, horizontal cards — optimised for image preview and visual production. Ideal when you are planning a sequence of scenes, shots, or takes.
What the storyboard view is for
Section titled “What the storyboard view is for”- Shot list — each shot as a visual card with image, shot size, and camera
- Scene overview — film or video sequence with thumbnails
- Product sequence — shooting phases with reference images
- Social content plan — posts with preview images and captions
Creating the view
Section titled “Creating the view”Click + View → Storyboard.
Image preview
Section titled “Image preview”In Fields, choose an image column as the cover image. The image appears as a large visual on the left side of each card.
Fields on the cards
Section titled “Fields on the cards”In Fields you define which columns are shown as text next to the image — e.g. scene number, description, camera setting.
Drag cards via drag & drop to change the order. The order is saved in the view (not in the table’s sort order).
Opening a card
Section titled “Opening a card”Click a card to open the full row detail view.
